I’m Andrea Svea — artist, maker + resident earthling behind Drea Svea.

I make a colorful little universe of wearable art, tiny companions + one-of-a-kind treasures — sewn, sculpted, collected, illustrated and dreamed up slowly by hand.

My work moves between whatever medium the idea asks for: forgotten denim, vintage textiles, sterling silver, tiny charms, found treasures, botanicals + bits and pieces from the past. Sometimes it becomes a hat. Sometimes a creature. Sometimes a necklace, a Treasure Collector, or some strange little thing that didn’t exist until I decided it should.

Everything comes from the same place: my love of objects with personality, things made slowly, and the idea that everyday life should feel a little more magical.
